About Mr. Godfrey Mutubia

Mr. Godfrey Mutubia holds an LL.B (Hons.) Degree from Moi University. He also holds a Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration London and Kenya, Certified Patent Agent, Advocate, Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public.

He was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in 2001. Prior to his admission, he did his internship with the firm of S. M. Madzayo and Co. Advocates.

In 2002 he joined the firm of Swaleh & Co. Advocates where he worked for Seven (7) years before setting up the firm of Godfrey Mutubia & Co. Advocates. He has been in active practice since then.

He specializes in general Commercial Litigation, Corporate Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Labour Law, Intellectual Property Law with a particular interest in Commercial and Insurance Law, Succession, Corporate Winding up and Liquidation, Debt Collection and recovery and Tenancy Disputes.
